Friends, FPFO has taken this responsibility in Finland to mark this event in Finnish history again this year. So we would like you to join our hands on making this day really special and in reminding ourselves of our great historic achievement and representing our nation.You are very cordially invited to greet the occasion with your families and light up the spirit of Independent Pakistan.
What it is about: Our independence day party features an experience of rich Pakistani culture, exotic food, handicrafts and Pakistani music. It will serve as a platform to introduce the Finnish society with true image of Pakistani culture and traditions; that highlights peace, friendship and respect.
So break out the sparklers And strike up the band Let's celebrate Independence Day The best way we can!

Nuorisotalo Kontula is very close to the Kontula Metro station, you will see the Pakistan Independence day party signs as soon as you get out of metro at Kontula. Please register/confirm your participation with email to the contact person below. Entry Fee: For Adults - 7 euro / person in advance. Children aged under 7 can come for free. You can also buy the tickets at the door and price will be 10 euro per person. Party Agenda: The party includes - Fun Games - Quiz - Delicious Pakistani Buffet - Music - Skits and singing of national anthem by our Pakistani Children and youth If your children are interested, they can participate in performing in front of our nation and get themselves oriented with the Pakistan culture being in Finland. Let us know about their participation by email or phone at the latest by 20th August. If your child is hesitating to participate in skits, please encourage him/her to participate in on-stage group singing of national anthem at the beginning of function.
Free Entry : Children participating in the any performances will have a free entry pass. This is a platform for where we can help bulding your children's confidence and encourage them to speak and act in front of huge crowd.
